3yThank you for taking the time to share your comments. It is unfortunate that your experience with SHA management was not positive. We value all of our employees, current and former. We would be happy to learn more specifics on how we can actively improve employee / manager relations. The SHA regularly and actively engages in Labor Management Meetings to work together and create positive employee / employer relations.
SHA employees are asked to complete both entrance and exit interviews as well as follow SHA’s Grievance Procedures in order to obtain maximum employee satisfaction and employer-employee relations.
Following these procedures are crucial to obtaining the necessary factual information and completing investigations.
