3yThank you for sharing the feedback. Our colleague development is high on our priorities and we have invested heavily in this. In terms of specific managers. Our managers receive coaching and encouraged to actively participate training specific to our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy. All colleagues fairly and with respect and transparency. We are launching 2 new manager sessions this summer. If you have concerns with your specific manager please discuss with HR.
Our global churn rate is thankfully quite low and we do look at teams with slightly higher turnover. Thank you again.
