Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that you have voiced your concerns and assure you that we are committed towards helping, nurturing and collaborating with colleagues in our company. You seem to have had some bitter experiences, and we sincerely regret the same. However, we'd like to highlight here that we have a very open culture within the organization where all matters pertaining to employees are heard and worked upon. Our colleagues are also provided complete visibility and overview of company policies including work from home policy. As for transportation, this varies from company to company and not all companies provide transportation to employees - especially those operating in only one general shift. We assure you that we believe in trusting our colleagues and respecting the diversity within the organization, so that we all thrive together.
