Good benefits and schedule, easy job.

The other staff members here are condescending and rude. They are also racist and are nit picky about every little thing.

Pros

Keith's saying explains his company's morals and philosophy to a T. He is very dedicated to his team and clients and one of the smartest financial advisors I have met in my life. When he says "Invest for need, not greed" he truly means it. I see him make financial moves/adjustments that benefit clients 100%, even if it means taking a hit himself; the client always comes first. I have been working for Keith Springer and Deanna Erdman for quite some time now and have never felt this happy at a job. In addition, I was never promoted so quickly before either. Keith and Deanna are experts at recognizing talent and utilizing it to their full potential. If people are not happy with them I can guarantee its because YOU SUCK AT YOUR JOB and you hate the fact that hey do not tolerate lazy work ethics and poor attitudes. There is nothing wrong with setting expectations for your employees and expecting them to meet them. Additional pros include: family environment, amazing clients, birthday celebrations, constant compliments and acknowledgement for work performances, weekly meetings to ensure the clients are getting over the top customer service, team bonding activities outside of the office, growth potential, client appreciation events, and amazing financial knowledge you can learn from Keith Springer himself.

Cons

I am proud to say there are very little cons that can be said about Springer Financial Advisors, Keith Springer, or Deanna. When we are busy, we are busy; sometimes the demand of clients can all come at once. You just have to prioritize, organize, and grind. When the market is doing great, everything is smooth, when its fluctuating or down; emotions tend to swing in multiple directions. The financial industry is NOT for everyone There is a lot of repetitive work involved but this can be both a pro & con. Pro because you will learn quickly - con because at times it does get boring and tedious. However, a true environment where you learn something new, EVERY DAY.

Pros

I worked for this company for over a year and it was literally one headache after another. People were put in charge of things they had no business being in charged of. The president spent more time vacationing than actually doing any work. I can go on and on about how frustrating that place was. Outside of that, there was a real ethical issue working for Keith Springer. He would constantly ask me to do things that I thought were unethical. He would send press releases about how celebrities came on his radio show (which is actually a 30 minute advertisement for a useless report that he did not write.)

Cons

too many to post horrible management most people are in positions that they have little or no experience in
