      If you enjoy working for a family run business then this is the place for you. Be prepared to be micro-managed from the owners though.

      Cons

      They can't afford to offer what some of the larger organizations can offer their employees. They make a big deal about breakfast.

      Pros

      The services team is awesome. Generally everyone worked well together. Lots of work but good people. The VP of Operations is awesome, best leader I’ve ever worked for.

      Cons

      Always busy and pay is mid-range for the industry.
