      The team is dynamic, the projects are wide ranging, and cut across some of the most technically advanced solutions out in the market today.

      Cons

      Nothing to note. It is a small growing company, so if you like hiding behind bureaucracy, this is not the place for you!

      - Flexibility (remote, 4 day work week) - Great team - Excellent work culture (flat hierarchy, strong opinions loosely held, friendly, respectful) - Interesting work, lots of ownership - Exciting company direction (legal tech / generative AI)

      Cons

      - We haven't done an offsite in a while - Need more UX resources
