This is an honest opinion. There are simply the wrong people in the wrong places. They have people managing departments and don't have any idea of what they are managing, and some of them don't have much experience. . Also sales people normally have no idea what they are selling. Nor do they find the best solution for the customer, its only the right solution for how they are going to get some extra money out of the customer and into their pockets. Some employees aren't able to put their skills to use, even though they have expressed interests in doing so and are skilled and knowledgeable enough to do so. Their pro services department are average technicians who don't know much about networking or hardware. The Technicians are very disorganized and not very knowledgable. They are not taught policies or specific ways to deal with situations. The biggest issue with Springboard Media is the training. Training for sales and technicians is putrid. I can go on about what needs attention in this company, but i choose not to. Its a decent gig for a bit, but there is not much growth in the company.
