Pros
Amazing company, but I got laid off (along with majority of the team, in 2024). No hard feelings though - that's how things are at startups. I wouldn't mind working here again. Amazing culture, amazing people. Great work life balance too, you are always respected and heard.
Cons
You need to make sure you're on top of what's going on in the company and what the finances look like. There are All-Hands calls but the numbers aren't completely transparent. For eg, they speak in terms of percentages, margins, deficits, targets, etc. but won't mention how much money is in the bank, or how much runway the company has left.
