      the culture between college is nice. low pay, but you can have a good family and personal life.

      Cons

      management is terrible. politics, unrealistic schedule estimation and management.

      Pros

      Small companies, lots of opportunities to learn new things. Everyone was team players. We worked hard to help our customers and we also enjoyed working with each other, and having fun together.

      Cons

      Needed the growth plan, and created new products.
