Work life balance is prioritized Team structure is solid, no waiting for backfill, SLT is proactive in hiring/staffing The best example of how a remote company can sustain a great culture without having an office! Plenty of in-person opps are provided as well.

Pros

This has been the best agency I've worked at in nearly a decade into my career. Leadership truly cares about feedback, and actually implements recommendations on how to make the company better. They stand by their core values and make sure to implement them in everything they do. Spring & Bond does a phenomenal job at ensuring the right people are hired for their roles. They have multiple rounds of interviews with peers who work at the company, so you have experts who are able to provide a good indication on whether someone would be a good fit, both technically and culturally. Work-life balance is amazing since this is a fully remote company. They also have incredible off-site opportunities to meet everyone in person and continue to foster a positive work culture. If you've worked for agencies where you're assigned 20-30+ clients at a time, this place is a breath of fresh air. They make sure you are properly balanced with work, and typically you'll only have 1-3 clients at a time. I could not recommend this company enough to anyone who has been burned out at other agencies in the past.

Cons

Since this company is still relatively new, there are some growing pains like any start-up. Processes are still being put into place as they continue to grow and hire. As long as you're adaptable, this is not a huge pain point.
