      Pros

      -They want you to be successful: Give you the tools and resources to do very well very quickly. Constantly helping you fine tune your craft and get better. -The Management: Makes it a point to help you, talk with you and they're always looking for ways to help you be more successful. It is hard to not be successful with how many resources they provide you with, you just have to keep working at your craft and communicate when you need help with something. -Very Friendly: Everyone you work with is making it fun. Thinking of a job where you are on the phones most of the time would most likely be viewed as boring. Not here, everyone makes it fun. -Culture: The company has a culture of their own and it is very welcoming to newer and older employees alike. Definitely fun to be a part of.

      Cons

      -A lot of time spent sitting and talking on the phone, can be difficult to adjust to if you are coming from a job where you are very active.

      Pros

      Most Managers are great, good PTO (always approved), training is great, supportive environment.

      Cons

      Employee Insurance, and benefits are terrible,Unrealistic quotas, low pay for the amount of work required, misleading leads, and upper management that appears disconnected from and unconcerned about the challenges sales agents deal with daily.
