depends on who you work with, before all my floor nurses left, we were all very helpful and provided team work.

Cons

HIGH turn over. everyone left. why? bad management and unsafe staffing. unsafe patient ratios. every unit went over ratio. BEWARE!!! the charge nurse on the top floor is always forced to charge TWO units when they’re short. that’s 70+ patients and 10+Nurses/CNAs to oversee. oh wait those nurses were also MOSTLY NEW GRADS!!! the director was barely ever present, she had her own issues. the leadership did not care about night shift and staffing, they just expected night shift to deal with it.

The Leadership team truly cares about their patients and their staff, with safety being a top priority. It is a very positive environment where opinions matter and suggestions on how to make things better or more efficient are taken very seriously. They actually listen!!
