Pros
The management team at Spring Strategies actually cared about my well-being from my first round interview, thru training, and multiple promotions. They allowed me to ask question, take on new responsibilities, give my opinion, try and fail, and get to learn all along the way. I was able to gain the business experience I wanted at a pace that was right for me. I was able to learn sales, business management, client services, human resources, brand management, and small team management. If you are looking for a company that is smaller in size, but bigger in growth potential - look no further!
Cons
It is a competitive work environment - since it is a smaller office the opportunity for advancement definitely make the employees work hard to try and stand out. It definitely was motivation for me, but some people crack under that type of pressure.
