Do not work here! - Leasing Agent Spring Property Management Employee Review

This job was the absolute worst job I've ever had. The owner of this company is the devil. She will take advantage of her employees and residents to make an extra buck. Employees are treated terribly (she once told me that I looked ugly, my hair was bad, and I needed to buy new clothes!), very underpaid compared to industry standards, the properties managed by this company are not maintained whatsoever, the units are gross -covered in bed bugs and fleas and carpet rarely gets replaced, maintenance staff has been caught stealing from resident's apartments and she does nothing about it. Do not work or live in any of these properties!!!
