Growing company, lots of learning opportunities, good pay. Great place to start if you are new to property management.

Can be stressful, especially during the summer months when the busy season is at it's peak.

None they hired cheap labor

Lie to renters about parking in their lease and misleading rental units. and showing rented units very manipulativing and deceiving. they said they will add parking and they do not they sell property for more money to other management. and dont pay their utility bills.
