Good business direction and management style after leadership changes in 2020. Close dynamics between colleagues with healthy work environment.
Cons
Relatively weak branding in market for senior management roles. A lot of business development activities required to penetrate into large businesses and without much support from global / regional efforts from the Adecco Group. Not for those who are unable to independently bring business.
