2 Late Nights Per week Mandatory Shifts (12-9pm), Messy environment including gossip from managers & hourly employees, Bathrooms are disgusting absolutely nasty, Strict “Clean desk policy”, Point System after 6 minutes late you will accrue 1/2 point and if your arrive or leave more than 4 hrs of your assigned shift 1 point, They do not honor sick time or notes from doctors to excuse an absence you will still accrue a point for whatever time missed , Each employee's goal will increase monthly, Lack of facility overall cleanliness even though they have a cleaning company nothing is ever “ cleaned” everything is “wiped over” , No private cubicle, Open office concept and lack of space between employees on a team, Fluctuating climate temperatures in building the heat is always on 75 degrees+, Although the benefits are free depending on the medication you need it may not be covered , the health plan is extremely basic.
