      Pros

      The people are some of the most personable and intelligent people in Chicago. You will learn a lot since it's very hands on.

      Cons

      Not the most competitive pay, a lot of disorganization about systems and how things were done (at least at the time). No formal training. Cut sales team very easily. A lot of layoffs = poor morale and unease.

      Pros

      - office location - unlimited PTO - Great co-workers

      Cons

      - Design department consists of 2 people - Certain managers will take full advantage of unlimited PTO But seems to be looked down upon if you do the same. - You know its time to leave when they will make you feel guilty for taking sick days or going to doctors apt. ( see previous review) - not a lot of transparency or collaboration
