      Pros

      The staff works very hard to help & assist all residents. Everyone always tries their best to do whatever they can under very stressful working conditions. We all try to help one another every day.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible. Many employees work 2 jobs to support their families. If the pay was better there would not be such a high turnover rate for every department. Management needs to realize we need to be able to make a better living for ourselves & our families.

      There are no pros to this company

      Cons

      This company is the absolute worst company to work for. They don't pay their bills to vendors and then you can't get things fixed. They treat their associates like dirt and only care about money. The residents that live in these communities are treated worse...no heat or A/C and mice.
