      Growth potential and innovation in the department. Top out is way too long 15 years.

      Fast passed work environment, strong leadership throughout most corners of the organization. Most supervisors are absolutely the best.

      Cons

      Even afte a recent pay adjustment, we still need to make this a point of emphasis.
