Pros
- great leads - great coworkers - the role itself is relatively easy for the pay - emails only, hardly any patient phone calls (before the merge)
Cons
- horrible upper leadership - The team merged from Healthplan Ops to Care Ops, which made the role worse. We are now also a flex role with the call center reps which isn't what we signed up for. No new contract for this added role as well.
