Pros
Spring Global was an exceptional employer. I felt valued and supported throughout my tenure. The wide variety of projects helped me to diversify my skillset while allowing me to develop the skills I already had.
Cons
At the start of my employment, the company faced some challenges, which was less than ideal for a new hire. Once Spring Global addressed those issues, it became a stronger and more competitive company as a whole. Hopefully no one else has to experience the rocky start I had.
