If I worked over a meal time, they let me have free food in the slow hours.
Cons
I was in dire need of a job, and then I got hired her and it was great. I only got paid the tips I earned, but I sometimes found the owner taking some of my tips out of the box. But the main problem was one day they told me they would call when they needed me next within the next week. Despite me calling to check in if they needed me, they failed to contact me for 4 months and then only called me in for Labor Day weekend.
