Executive team are fishy people and the leadership is dead weight. Every day is a chaotic and stressful mess due to the lack of structure, resources, and staffing. Leadership lets departments fight with each other over company priorities or resources. No one ever really knows what's going on so people typically lie to you or ignore you completely. The company is clearly distressed and struggling so the blame always gets pointed downwards, and no one has the answers. Job security is non-existent so many people have gotten fired, laid off, or just left the company for these reasons.
