Senior Hires - Beware - Anonymous employee Spring Bank Employee Review

They allowed me to work part time in the accounting department while going to college full time. Once I graduated they promoted me full time to work in the loan department. Management was always helpful and respectful. I received a pay raises during my 6 years working here. Co-workers were also respectful and supportive. It was a good work environment to succeed in. When moving on from Spring Bank, they also threw me a going away party!

My time here was great. Can't think of any cons.

Great new community bank to work for. Reaches out for the community. They will pretty much try to help every customer. Flexible work schedule.

Limited locations and extended hours. Be prepared to work over time. Employees are not treated fair. As a result, a fast turn over.
