There’s a couple shop rockets and old timers in management that are a problem, but most the guys are cool.

The people there have formed a click. If you get a job there be prepared cause if they are not all family they are all dating and you will quickly feel like an outcast. The training program is a joke and they put you to train with someone who has never trained anyone nor do they have the job skill or the people skills to do so. Prepare not to have a thought or feelings towards anything especially towards training because if you express them you could be left without a job that same day. People are great at being fake in this company so make sure you look to see where you want the knife to be placed in your back. I do not nominate this company to be the best placed to work for. I truly believe that the only reason that this place is nominated the best work place is because everyone that works there has been there more than 10 years plus and nominate there own company to be number 1. Rarely do you see a employee that is not a family member or related in some form last a year in that place.
