      Pros

      Great place to work, great people, great product, a lot of opportunity Good pay Solid snacks and lunch/dinner Commuter Benefits

      Cons

      Lack of transparency. There's a lot of moving pieces and we move fast, but not everything is shared amongst all and stays with leadership. Have heard of some unfortunate leadership communication in meetings that has created some hiccups or made people feel uneasy. No 401k match. No gym stipend.

      Verbally aggressive leadership style Limited or unclear HR/reporting process Concerns about executive accountability Late nights are expected and treated as part of the culture Heavy workload without enough respect for boundaries Difficult work environment if you value respectful communication and sustainable pacing
