      If you need time or days, you can ask for it and they will give it to you.

      Cons

      Bad pay. Very poor management from the office. You get laid off from work without any explanation. They want loyalty from you but they don't treat you the same way. They give you per diem and you end up paying for the hotel all the time and they don't care it's your responsibility
