Pros

Gaining exposure to how corporate red flags look in real life. You learn to be extremely patient and self-reliant under pressure.

Cons

Management: Management is entirely influenced by the Decision Maker. They rarely make independent decisions and often follow orders blindly, with little regard for employee well-being. Bond Policy: Freshers are required to sign a 2.5 year bond and the company retains there 12th grade mark sheet. Breaking the bond requires either paying six months salary or facing legal action Experienced employees face a 1 year bond after every increment. If you decline the same penalty applies. Performance Reviews & Increment During appraisal cycles HR highlights only negative feedback making employees feel undervalued. this justifies offering minimal or no salary hikes. There also clear favouritism employees close to HR receive significant increments while hard working individuals are overlooked. Surveillance Culture Time tracking software like TIME DOCTOR is installed on all systems. It take screenshots every minute, Which are reviewed by Decision Maker and HR. There is zero privacy and extreme micromanagement. They are using zoom to communication, so Decision maker has all the access sometime its reading the Employees personal chats, after that targets the employees. Work life Balance: Practically non-existent. 12 hr workdays are common. At a same time working on 3-4 projects normal. While you're expected to arrive on time, leaving on time is frowned upon. "Come on time but don't leave on time" seems to be the unofficial policy. Weekend work Pressure: Every two weeks, there a meeting where the Decision Maker instructs seniors to ask juniors to work on Sat, even there is no urgency. This forced overtime is demoralising and unnecessary. Credit and Recognition Its not uncommon for seniors to take credit for the work of juniors. This discourage initiative and team spirit. Office Politics: Despite claims of a politics free culture internal Favouritism and manipulation are prevalent often initiated by leadership. If Someone makes a mistake the Decision Maker publicly taunts them during meeting - sometimes even sarcastically, Later when addressing others the Decision Maker gives that persons example and says I am not naming anyone while clearly referring to them. After experiencing everything from bonds favouritism micromanagement forced overtime to public humiliation disguised as feedback, I can confidently say this company provides a full package of what no to do in corporate culture. If you're looking to grow be respected and maintain your mental health you might want to look elsewhere. but hey if you enjoy 12 hr workdays (as already some people doing :), being tracked every minute and getting motivational taunts from Decision maker -- this might just be your dream job. Otherwise company is very good.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we're sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, we would like to provide some clarity and address your concerns constructively: Management: We follow a flat and transparent communication structure. The founder remains approachable to every employee — team members are encouraged to walk in, schedule one-on-one discussions, or message directly on Zoom for any feedback or escalation. We strongly believe in collaborative decision-making involving senior managers and team leads. Bond Policy: Yes, we do have a bond for freshers, which is a common practice in the industry when significant training investment is involved. However, this is explained transparently during onboarding. Experienced employees are not forced to sign bonds — it is optional and clearly documented, and no legal action is ever pursued without prior communication or negotiation. Performance Reviews & Increments: Performance evaluations are conducted fairly and backed by peer and client feedback. Our salary structure and hikes are benchmarked competitively, and many of our team members have grown with us for over 4-5 years — a testament to the growth and recognition they receive. If anyone feels overlooked, they are always welcome to initiate a discussion with their manager or HR. Monitoring Tools: Tools like Time Doctor are used in many tech companies to ensure accountability in remote/hybrid environments. The claim of "screenshots every minute" being manually reviewed by HR or leadership is factually incorrect and practically impossible. These tools help us counteract blanket claims like "12-hour workdays" and instead promote balanced productivity. Work-Life Balance: We value productivity over hours. Our average working hours align with industry standards, and most teams operate within 9-10 hour windows. Any additional work is always discussed and typically based on delivery urgency. We discourage unnecessary overtime, especially on weekends, unless pre-agreed with the team. Weekend Work Pressure: We want to clarify that no employee is ever forced to work on weekends. Occasionally, experienced team members may choose to work on a Saturday due to project timelines, and they are duly compensated for their time. For freshers or trainees, any weekend interaction is purely optional — usually in the form of study material or learning resources shared by the founder, which they can review at their own pace. We respect personal time and do not enforce work during weekends unless it is discussed mutually and justified by project urgency. Credit & Recognition: We have systems in place to ensure individual contributions are acknowledged in team reviews and appraisals. If someone feels their work was not credited, we encourage them to bring it forward — we take it seriously. Culture & Feedback: We do not support public criticism or humiliation in any form. If any individual ever felt hurt by how feedback was communicated, we sincerely regret it. We are constantly working to build a safe, respectful space for everyone. We appreciate all feedback — positive or critical — as it helps us reflect and improve. That said, sweeping statements that paint an entire company and team with a broad brush can be disheartening for the many who work sincerely to maintain a positive culture here. We remain open to constructive dialogue. If you’re willing, we’d be happy to have a private discussion to better understand your experience.

Pros

One of the most motivating aspects of working here is the leadership’s ability to push us to do better, but through clear expectations, consistent support and timely recognition. Leadership sets a clear tone where they challenge you to raise your standards, provide timely feedback and importantly, recognize your efforts. I recently received a reward for my contributions, which really affirmed the value placed on hard work here. That push from leadership and great mentors has really shifted my mentality. I’ve grown to embrace challenges with more ownership and confidence, knowing that excellence doesn't go unnoticed. It’s rewarding to be part of a culture that encourages growth and celebrates progress. That recognition, combined with a culture that encourages personal growth, has helped shift my mindset. I now approach tasks with greater confidence and accountability. And I’m not doing it alone, the team around me is incredibly supportive, collaborative and always willing to lend a hand. It’s an environment where you feel both challenged and backed up and that balance makes all the difference. Some internal processes could be optimized, but the work culture, leadership guidance and team spirit truly stand out.

Cons

High-performing teams often attract more work, which can lead to occasional burnout if not managed well but it's manageable with proper discipline.
