      The management are very helpful and flexible. They always have the best interest of the staff in mind. They will work with you in terms of what hours you want to work. The company provides free meals and accomodation for teachers.

      Cons

      The atmosphere is very relaxed and would not work for someone who likes to be organised ahead of time.

      Pros

      Great environment - friendly and interesting international students, nice co-workers, free parking and good location. Can be very gratifying at times.

      Cons

      Low salary, tedious work, lots of overtime in summer season, can be very stressful. Not a very good flow of communication - a lot of mixed messages and secrecy.
