      I worked as a Teamer in UK- no support for student services Uninformed Higher Management No support for staff from Managers Always paid late Owner of the business is completely business inept.

      Pros

      Great environment - friendly and interesting international students, nice co-workers, free parking and good location. Can be very gratifying at times.

      Cons

      Low salary, tedious work, lots of overtime in summer season, can be very stressful. Not a very good flow of communication - a lot of mixed messages and secrecy.
