Good working environment, good culture, and transparent communication.

I did not notice any downside.

- Very Positive work environment - All colleagues are welcoming and supportive - Very fun and high energy place - Lots of room for growth (management will support in career growth, set out a plan)

Only cons is that the team isn't large enough - employees are cherry picked, so we're slowly ramping up. Wish there was more of us! Only leaving due to personal reason, would come back if I had the opportunity
