Pros
Wonderful culture. Yes, there is weekly pizza and there is a monthly evening social, but more importantly, the management are really trying to make Spotta a good place to work. They are interested in the staff as people, both in terms of professional development and their families and personal commitments.
Cons
It is a small and growing company. As more people are joining, the informal friendliness that worked well for a few guys in an office has had to be complimented with (excellent & genuine) HR. There isn't a graduate development program and there aren't project managers - so you have to be a self starter to do well here.
