ML & AI are core defining aspects of the product, not afterthoughts. The product is challenging and rewarding as this is a new problem that not even major players have figured out yet. 6. The reality is startup companies aren't for everyone. It is inevitable that there is lots of fast-paced hard work, which occasionally comes with weird hours, but when you are passionate about your job this isn't necessarily a con.

Best possible learning I could have obtained. It launched my career in the right direction. I started out on my own after Spotmentor - working so closely with the founders gave me a complete insight into the business as well as technology part of it. And then the founders encouraged me to work on my idea. Spotmentor was the best thing that could have happened to me.
