1. Very exciting work being done towards creating a cutting edge product 2. Everyone in the company is super smart (in terms of everything - Pedigree, IQ, EQ, work experience), passionate, and always willing to teach 3. Loads of career advancement opportunities since the company is growing fast. 4. Work on projects that directly reflect in the growth of the company. 5. ML & AI are core defining aspects of the product, not afterthoughts. The product is challenging and rewarding as this is a new problem that not even major players have figured out yet. 6. Ability to be creative, test my theories and quickly iterate.

The reality is startup companies aren't for everyone. It is inevitable that there is lots of fast-paced hard work, which occasionally comes with weird hours, but when you are passionate about your job this isn't necessarily a con.

A great learning experience and the plus point is - direct interactions with the founders and working along with them, gave a lot of exposure regarding the insights of technologies and business aspects. All the team members at Spotmentor were very supportive and helpful in my tasks and clearing my doubts. It was a boost, both for knowledge and career. The team is highly engaged in their work and this inspired me the most.
