It use to be a good place until NZ Steal manager took over then it went down hill.

Boring, the job description is misleading, you'll never actually do any emergency response, massive conflict between external brigades and internal brigade as the management is arrogant to NZs emergency expertise and the volunteers are poorly trained, disorganized, and lead by incompetence, Spotless doesn't care about you on this site, they hand you over to NZ Steel, who treat you like a field boy and then threaten to kick you out if you don't do as they say,
