      Pros

      Honestly, not a single pro and thus is not from bitterness, I’m just being completely truthful.

      Cons

      They have a weak product and treat their workers poorly, asking for you to be available at anytime (including nights and weekends) for the lowest salary I have ever seen offered. Owner has a famous brother so thinks he can treat people poorly.

      - a lot of diverse tasks - great developers

      Cons

      - poor management: they can not agree among themselves - no top-down communication to see the goals - overload that brings overtime, sometimes without a reason
