Incredible culture- the people here are top tier humans. Great benefits. Flexible work/life benefits.

Cons

Typical smaller-company growing pains. Some people/departments have to juggle multiple priorities, which is typical with startup culture.

Pros

free lunch when working in office

Cons

Customer hero (service) employees were outsourced to non english speaking countries to cut costs/pay employees less. Management expects you to constantly do things outside of what you're trained to do due to staff shortages and policy changes. Training was lackluster. Passive aggressive and pretentious (in-office) work environment.
