Pros

-You will love the people you work with (not management). -Great Work / Life comp. -Stepping Stone Job (you will be able to network a lot, and most companies you work with will see your value and want to higher you and pay you what your worth.

Cons

-The Salary is not up to standard for the amount of work / travel you are expected to do. -There is little to no growth opportunity. Management and leadership is saturated with work veterans 7-11 years at the company. -Witnessed Leadership lay off employees that were amazing at their job, and "take over" their position by handing off their workload to subordinates while taking a higher pay. This happened many many times over the course of the 2 years I was with the company. -Unrealistic expectations and goals you will be penalized (not paid accordingly) for not meeting. Most goals set are out of your control on completing. -Do not expect any sort of yearly raise at this job. -HR/ The Peoples Team is not there to help you, just the company, remember that.

free lunch when working in office

Cons

Customer hero (service) employees were outsourced to non english speaking countries to cut costs/pay employees less. Management expects you to constantly do things outside of what you're trained to do due to staff shortages and policy changes. Training was lackluster. Passive aggressive and pretentious (in-office) work environment.
