Pros
Competitive compensation and benefits, flexible PTO policy, remote, great colleagues, and so much opportunity for growth. Tight knit team and the ability to get to know most people from across multiple departments. The leadership team is easy to approach and make a real effort to see you grow in your career. There is real innovation and passion at Spot. I love it here!
Cons
With an early stage start up can come ambiguity, changing priorities and occasional growing pains. If you're not able and willing to be flexible or a self starter kind of person, this may be a challenge for you. I personally enjoy the fast paced environment and love getting to hit big milestones with the rest of the company.
