You will be expected to be "on call" basically 24/7. If it is 7pm on a Saturday, and a driver breaks down, you are expected to stop whatever you are doing to find a recovery driver. This endless cycle (especially in the winter) every night/weekend causes a quick burnout rate and turnover ratio. Like me, you will probably make it a few months until you are completely discouraged by this company's lack of ability to find a proper solution to their people feeling like they work 24/7. You will not be told the full truth upon hiring about after-hours/weekend work, so be sure to take this message seriously. Furthermore, the account managers feel as if they are your boss, and you will be disrespected by certain account teams anytime you make a mistake.
If you are looking for even a decent work-life balance, stay as far away as possible. Do not make the same mistake as me and read through all of these negative reviews and apply anyway. I promise you will regret it.
