Often degrades and criticizes employees in a demeaning fashion, by using profanity in front of other employees and customers children, whether in office or on job location. Management often can not keep to their own provided schedule, undependable hours, and low pay for demanding and highly scrutinized work without positive criticism. Very low ceiling for growth in the company.
