      The team (at least the Advisory team) is very supportive, helps each other out, and recognizes each other's work.

      Cons

      It can be a little understaffed and chaotic as things change all the time.

      Pros

      Extremely passionate management team. Excellent mission and vision, you feel like you are truly contributing to the world.

      Cons

      If you like to work in person, this may not be the place for you. When I was there everyone worked remotely practically. They do have a WeWork space in Boston and NY but most people hardly go.
