For the most part employees are pleasant and easy to work with, and the over 25 crowd is comprised of extremely hard workers. EVERYONE has mandatory floor time, I'm talking I've been at the Presidio Store and seen the partners ringing up customers. This means if there are issues management is made aware immediately. Tons of opportunity for upward movement. Work hard and be rewarded. Cons
You aren't allowed to enter your own availability. This leads to issues with scheduling, and for someone with multiple jobs, it is a pain. Staff are not held accountable, ever. I think people could be infinitely late and never be written up or even talked to. Management says you will get reviews every 6 months and they don't happen.
