      You can learn many things because this is a startup, so one person have to look for everything for particular category.All startup companies are like that only.

      Cons

      Comes to environment not at all good, system is not good, no other benefits, management is not good, u will not get salary on time. Not a good place to work.

      Good for people who want to manage a warehouse and do Quality checks. On-time stipend.

      Cons

      the founder will pay only a fixed stipend no matter how much you work. variable is just to attract interns.
