If you're looking for a change of scenery-- you will definitely get it. Constantly firing and mass hiring people! You'll see new people every week...that's if you stay. They make the company sound better than it is.
Cons
Worst management. Micro-managers. Constantly looking over you shoulder to see if a button is out of place. Nit-pick at everything. If you're looking to practice your signature, you'll get lots of practice with the amount of write-ups they hand out. Incompetent management that are all on power trips and have no idea how to treat people. Do not embody any of their values...not that there are any.
