Every team member brings their own personality, strengths, and ideas to their team. Our intention is to provide consistency for clients and a path to success for team members.
I understand that creative minds do not always want to focus on metrics (numbers). They are not meant to discourage you! As a business, we must look at the numbers. We intend to be transparent and teach every team member how to be successful. Our hope is that you want to work with us forever, but we get that life happens and needs change. In that case, our hope is that you walk away with skills and knowledge that will benefit you long-term!
