Pros
The responsibility and autonomy you get, to pursue and contribute your ideas towards the product is a major reason on why I enjoy so much working here. There's plenty of pros, such as great compensation, a vibrant culture and atmosphere, good benefits package and a great product to work on.
Cons
The only "con" I would identify, which comes as a given with remote companies - at least for extroverts like me - is that sometimes the social aspect suffers. Although Circuit does a great job of building a social atmosphere virtually, and of course, through the amazing onsite events.
