Pros
The majority of the staff love what they do, so the atmosphere is, overall, positive. It's has family-friendly policies, an established chain of command and it's not cut-throat at all.
Cons
Management has been in place for several decades, there are too many of them and they are largely perceived to be a bit too rigid and set in their ways. There's no longer any 'fire in the belly' to achieve greatness.
