Pros

The interview process was very brief and easy which surprised me and I was hired on the spot. Although is was an easy interview it should have been my first warning this company was no good.

Cons

They only pay you a percentage of the sales you make and nothing hourly. You also have to drive around hours away and use your own gas which you are not reimbursed for. I worked for this company for a month spent at least $200 in gas alone and was never compensated for any sales I made. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. This company is a scam.

Pros

Great place to work! The owners are so nice and give us a fun environment to work in. The spa deals are amazing and I like the independence I have. Great commission and fun bonuses to keep us motivated and selling!

Cons

Commission based job. It's not for everyone but for those who can sell the great spa deals make a lot of money!

Pros

The only pro is the fact that it's 9-5 Monday-Friday. Still, I have nothing bed regret for the time that I wasted with the company and the gas and time I was never compensated for.

Cons

This is not a legitimate business! The turnover rate is unbelievably high because girls looking for work get pulled in by the cute business name, the adorable decorations in the office, and the promise that you will make a lot of money. They then actually spend one or two days on the job and realize that this is a lie and quit. Everything about the business leaves one with a feeling of discomfort. You are told of one girl who supposedly has had great success in the position, but everyone else you meet there isn't even making enough to pay rent. Good luck finding that out though, as you also are told not to discuss sales, money, or anything negative in the office. It's all a lie. You are encouraged to lie about your fake success to other girls. Then, when you do actually sale something you're lucky if you are actually paid. You are constantly lied to regarding how much you will make from certain achievements and every single girl that worked here while I was there was short changed. Some didn't get paid for their work at all. You also don't fill out any paper work while you are there, again because this is not a legitimate business, so when you do have a legal case against them you can't take it to court because you have nothing in writing. Please don't be fooled by the pretty wrapping of the package. Inside the box this job is actually a scam.
